Amazing service from start to finish. My River Tam poppet arrived with a broken arm (which given I live in another country can easily happen with shipping). Lisa was amazing. She had me send the broken statue back and I just received my repaired/replacement figurine yesterday. Fantastic communication and just all around lovely to deal with. I’ll be back.

This figure is beautiful, I couldn't be happier with it. It came super well packaged and perfect. Bought it for my kitty who is also named River. It's now in my living room in a place of honor where cat River can see it from a safe distance.
