What are Night Birds? It's a name I give to those things that keep me awake at night and disturb my sleep. I've spent many years learning to shoo them away. Sometimes I'm successful. Sometimes, not so much.
We all have worries, anxieties and fears. Poppet understands. You are not alone, silly human.
