Dark Wings

Shadowy wings over a dark, dreamlike landscape fly up and over the rim and into another deep dimension.
The upcycled heavy hardwood bowl is stained in layers of deepening reds and polished to a glasslike shine. Legs are paper mache over metal armature, hand-sculpted and painted.

Haunting, darkly beautiful.

Bowl measures just over 8 inches tall and is 8 inches in diameter. Suitable for candy or fruit, not recommended for other foods, surface clean with mild soap and water.
